Puppy Pedicures

Puppy socialisation package tailored for smooth coated breeds!

This is a bespoke package especially for smooth coated puppies who may not need to be regularly groomed, but would still benefit from the socialisation that grooming provides.

This package is about so much more than just grooming or nail trims, it means your puppy will not only be comfortable, but happy being handled by a new person which will benefit them at home, at the vets and when meeting new people out and about!

While every dog will benefit from regular grooming, it is easy to see why smooth coated breeds such as Dachshunds, , Dobermanns, Dalmatians and French Bulldogs are desirable to those who don’t want a dog who requires regular visits to the groomer.

However, that does mean that when these dogs do need to visit the salon for a nail trim or even a de-shed bath, they are very under-socialised and can find the process very stressful.

Slow and steady socialisation in a positive way is best for puppies and as part of this package your puppy will come to the salon fortnightly or tri weekly, staying with me for 30 minutes.

Every visit they will receive a nail trim, I'll touch their feet, open their mouths, handle their teeth to ready them for teeth cleaning in later life, brush them with a rubber de-shedding brush, clean their ears and generally handling them all over in a positive way to help set them up for success for the future!

Once I have done the first session I will be able to see where your puppy needs extra attention and I will also let you know so you can continue the socialisation at home.

The ideal window of opportunity for socialisation is between 3-16 weeks of age and for this reason, I would suggest starting the package as soon as possible once your puppy is fully vaccinated and ideally no later than 6 months of age.

RRP £132 - Puppy Pedicure Price - £85!!

As part of the package you will also receive a free Kong Zoom Groom rubber de-shedding brush!
